in which i try to replace my labbook

so, right.
here goes nothing.
i want to figure out a way to replace my lab book with something more searchable, linkable, etc.

moreover, i want it to become a way to keep annotated bibliographies, linking directly to pdf files/papers with my commentary.

also want to be able to link to data, so its location is never lost.

also want to link to data analysis.

would love to be able to do inline simple tables/simple calculations (pressure vs. membrane pressure, for example; or wavelength->pressure)

want to be able to alt-printscreen then paste to put graphs or images directly into labbookblog

want to be able to sketch.

obviously some of these things are quicker than others.

in addition, it would be nice to be able to better organize paper writing and drafts and figures, but i figure if the data analysis is totally and completely clear, that will be easier. it's certainly LOWER priority.

but. really. the point of this right now is very first order things:
can i approximate something like categories. so i can have one lab book, only one, but i can easily just look at the XX experiment or the YY experiment??

and also, can i easily look at all sorted by various means?

and right away, can i get the settings so i can click on a post and edit it?

well, cool. click and edit totally works! step 0.
